The halls of The Breilly Club Ltd. have borne witness to history unfolding since the British Raj. Formerly known as 'mansfield Lodge', it has hosted celebrated personalities and united the elite to engage in intellectual and cultural exchanges over sports and recreation.

• Bareilly Club Ltd. and Bareilly Gymkhana Club EST in late 18^th century for British officers.
• Bareilly Club Ltd. EST in 1889.
• Foundation stone of Bldg in 8 DEC 1897.
• In 1948, Administrative Control of Club taken over by ASC School.
• On Move of ASC School to Bangluru on MAR 1999 , Administrative Control. Taken over by HQ UB Area / Jat Regiment Center in MAR 1999.
• Club is governed under Companies Act 2013.
• On disbandment of Gymkhana Club on 23 Mar 1952, all assets incl Plot No. 44 (Nazul Land i.e. Land On Lease On Renewal Basis) taken over by Bareilly Club Ltd..
